Try letting go of the stick and it will return back to its initial position. You realise that the characters will follow it with their heads. ![]() On the Title Screen, press the B button for one time, then start rotating your analog joystick around until the number 64 on the end of the logo starts to move. To play on foot in multi-player mode you must earn a medal in venom on expert mode. To play as a tank in multi-player mode you must earn a medal in venom. To unlock expert mode you need to earn all 15 medals in the game. See you guys soon again as I'm getting real close to beating Pilotwings. When the game is paused, press the R trigger to turn off the crosshairs. It's definitely a less stressful version of Star Fox I'll say that! My second goal is to beat Free Roam mode 100% and I'm 4 collectibles away. My goal has been to get 3 stars in all the missions and I'm 1 mission away from that. I LOOOOOVE Wuhu Island and I've finally gotten to explore every nook and cranny of it in this game. It is a very short game but it's really cool to see the multiple paths and missions with each new playthrough. Overall: Once you get used to the controls, the game can actually be enjoyed. Despite the hardships, I'm looking forward to playing more Star Fox games in the future. I also played some of the versus mode to take out my frustrations on Peppy. On my final run, I switched back to N64 mode and went though the easiest path to finish up the last unexplored regions. I did not bother going for gold medals on each mission although I did end up with 1. I played the whole game on 3Ds mode to make the game a little easier (no gyroscope though). The first time I finished the game, I got the actual ending but that final boss kicked my butt due to my damaged wings. Speaking of graphics, they did good with the remake! Not as pretty as the Zelda 3Ds remakes, but there were some good visuals here. The warp gates are very pretty but the first one is really tough to use. I love that there are 2 other characters that help you out during different routes. I made sure to go to every planet and star system to fully experience the gameplay. I can't stay mad though because I really like Wolf's voice in this game and getting back to Venom was a piece of cake as the game is so short. They basically destroyed me in my first run and it ended there. Defeating Star Wolf in Venom was less of a hassle. The game also got fun once I learned how to properly do a u-turn in all range mode. Once I got used to the controls and found how to best utilize the charged shot, my teammates got a lot less annoying. If I didn't help him in 3 seconds he'd be like "What's taking so long Fox?". Plus having to save them from enemy ships was just as bad. To add to the frustration - why can I attack my teammates? It was so annoying to be firing away only for Falco/Slippy/Peppy to speed in front of me and then complain I hit them. So these 2 things really prepared me in learning the controls and seeing what the game was all about even though it was getting very frustrating. I didn't realize that a) Nintendo 64 mode was actually the more challenging mode and b) I somehow ended up taking the difficult path at the end of my first run I had a real rough time with the game at first but it grew on me. Update time! I'm the gamer doing a Smash Bros Challenger challenge this year.
